On December 31st, I took out a pen and pad and wrote a plan for 2020. Fast forward 6 weeks and at this moment I find myself here, stuck.
When I was in Portland a few weeks ago I stumbled across a discussion with co-founder of The Hundreds Bobby Kim about his new book. I had to check it out.
It was over. I no longer had a job, didn’t know how I’d get by, but I’d never felt better; my entrepreneurial journey was about to begin.
It was a brisk Wednesday morning in San Francisco. I felt the chill air slap me in the face, letting me know I arrived. I hit the corner and reached my destination: A skyscraper that I called my second home for more than four years. And for the last time.
The average person is Break out of the mold many of us find us in and create a better future for yourself and those around you. Don’t settle for mediocre. Break out of this mold and create a better future for yourself and those around you. Don’t settle for the same thing as everyone else!
Getting to the point where we can finally hand our two-week notice in is going to be hard, but that doesn’t make it any less worth it.
